Building Trades Instructor

Full-time position beginning the 2018-19 school year. Must have five years documented work experience with a working knowledge of all aspects of residential home construction, electric, plumbing, masonry, building code and safety OR PA Tech Ed/Industrial Arts Certification.  Individual must have good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate high school students. Successful candidate must complete PDE required college course work & certification process if not already certified. Clearances for Acts 34, 151 and 114 will be required prior to hire. Computer Networking Instructor


Anticipated Full Time - Computer Networking Instructor - Starting 2018-2019 School Year. PA Vocational Certification in Network Systems Technology (2560) required with a minimum of two years documented industry experience. A PA vocational teaching certificate or a willingness to pursue course work toward a certificate is necessary. CompTIA A+, Net+, CCNA and/or other Cisco certifications preferred. Experience with server virtualization also desired. Individual must possess good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to motivate high school students. Possible supplemental technology duties may be required. High School Diploma Required. Day to Day Substitute Teachers

The Clarion County Career Center is hiring day to day substitute teachers.  Technical areas include Allied Health, Culinary, Cosmetology, Automotive Technology, Diesel Technology, Welding, Computer Networking, Police Science, and Construction Trades.  Minimum requirements include a bachelors degree OR 3 years of experience within those industries.
